Charles Pierce is in South Carolina blogging about the Republican Clown Show Presidential primary race. So are a lot of other blogger. So why do I read him first? Because of gems like this:
If [Republicans] couldn't be victims, I swear some of these people would simply dissolve into their composite chemical elements in a pile on the floor.
This one was directed at Joe ("You Lie!") Wilson, (R-Asylum), who was interviewed by Chuck Todd (why encourage them, Chuck?), but it could have been directed at any of the remaining candidates, couldn't it?

Republicans, fly-over country, too bad you couldn't find a way to get religion and The bill Of Rights in there too.
Trakker, sometimes I think without your hate, there isn't much to you.

Dan, you are getting annoying. Every so often you pop in an leave some crazy comment and then soon you are accusing me of all kind of crap. I used to try to explain where I'm coming from but obviously you weren't listening. We live on different planets and I wish you would stay on yours.
Your future comments will be ignored and probably deleted.

Joe Wilson's outburst was life imitating art. After, "You lie!" I waited for him to say, "South Carolina, what's up!"

Ted: You may believe President Obama lied, after all, we know all politicians stretch the truth. But the shame of Joe Wilson was yelling it in the middle of a speech by the President, on national television. And the point of the post I linked to is that Joe Wilson, himself, lied. He's a jerk ad an embarrassment to his party.
